MBA

Graham is a Board Level facilitator and coach, passionate about performance in Individuals, Teams and Organisations. In 17 years of consulting, focusing on Culture Change, Coaching and Executive Leadership Development, Graham has worked throughout the UK, Europe, Latin America, Asia and North America for a range of clients in both the Public and Private Sector.

Graham applies a solution-focused approach and brings a positive and creative mindset to the challenge of leadership development. He likes to observe what leaders and teams really do when they interact. His approach is very practical and he has used a range of experiences – everything from using the outdoors, through business simulations to real work challenges – to help understand the performance gaps in teams but also give them a positive experience to build from. He believes the ability to hold effective and honest conversations is essential in high performing teams and works to develop that skill in leaders and teams. He believes it is critical to hold a mirror up to his clients and role model the behaviours expected in the team.

For the last two years, Graham has led the Talent Circle Management Programme at Volkswagen Financial Services. This Leadership development programme has had a major impact on the participants increasing their self-awareness and giving them the skills to succeed at the next level. This has resulted in promotion for 30% of the cohort within a year of the end of the programme. For the past 5 years, Graham has led the Leadership Plus Module for the full time MBA at Warwick Business School; this is a highly practical development course that aims to develop emotionally intelligent systems leaders. Warwick Business School’s Full-Time MBA Programme has now been ranked number one in the world for sustainability and advancing environmental, social and economic goals. In 2018 it was also rated the best MBA Programme in the UK by The Economist.
