Rachel is an award winning, empathetic and supportive Marketing leader, who led teams in numerous blue chip organisations such as Coop, Dixons Carphone, Sony Erickson, Westfield, B&Q and Nuffield Health. She has always inspired behaviour change within her teams, with a strong focus on coaching to ensure individuals achieved their highest standards and delivering measurable world-class engagement levels. It was the joy of seeing individuals and teams shine through self-transformation that led Rachel to a change in career. She gained her accreditation as an executive and leadership coach at the world-renowned Henley Business School and is Prophet Profiling Accredited.
With an unwavering passion to support clients achieve results Rachel has honesty at her core and a straightforward, challenging, and creative style to her coaching. She specialises in career coaching, including career change, first leadership role support, positioning for leadership promotion and redundancy outplacement.

Rachel also volunteers as a coach for the Marketing Academy, developing the marketing leaders of the future. Her time outside of work is spent open water swimming in any suitable lake or river she can find, doing yoga badly or with their adopted children.
