Amanda Bolger is an ICF qualified Executive Coach who works with senior people across a wide range of private and public sector organisations. Amanda has been coaching since 2001 and her HR background combined with knowledge of organisational development ensures she enables leaders to maximize performance at work, successfully manage change, transition and build resilience. She has a particular interest in career development and working with people on-boarding into new roles as well as working with ‘introverts’ to enable them to be successful in the extrovert world of work.
Prior to working as an independent coach, Amanda worked with top teams as a Senior HR Business Partner for Ernst & Young as well as the commercial property, travel, publishing and recruitment sectors. As a Fellow of the CIPD, she maintains her strategic perspective as a member of the Senior HR Practitioners Group, part of the local CIPD branch. Her HR career has given her a unique perspective: she understands what organisations need from their leaders and senior people, as well as what it takes for an individual to be successful in their career and organization Amanda is an approved coach for the Civil Service Learning programme. She has also coached many GP’s via NHS England and has worked for professional services firms.
