Ali is an experienced Learning & Development Practitioner and Executive Coach proficient in partnering with her clients to design and deliver development projects which address current and future business challenges. As a coach, Ali has a passion for supporting leaders in their quest to achieve the best for themselves, their teams and their organisations, whilst remaining true to who they are and what they stand for. A strengths-based approach is at the heart of how she works with both individuals and teams, unlocking potential and making personal and business aspirations a reality
Ali has over 25 years’ experience in the engineering industry, most recently as an HR Director within a FTSE 100 global organisation. where she initiated significant change through restructuring, downsizing, and mergers, process and technological developments. In doing this she has acquired a good understanding of the key levers for organisational effectiveness and in particular what can be done to minimise the adverse impact of change on individual, team and business performance. It is this practical operational experience blended with strong coaching skills that allows Ali to quickly assimilate the organisational contexts that individuals operate within and so build productive coaching relationships, which deliver performance benefits to both the individual and their organisation.
