Jan is an Ashridge accredited executive coach and is passionate about her role. Her specialism is working with people employed in dynamic environments. Her journey with clients is to encourage individuals and groups to discover themselves through appreciation and then releasing obstacles that stop them from achieving their goals. Particular focus is placed on self-limiting beliefs, unconscious biases, challenging behaviours, organisational change and the impacts of culture exhibited in the workplace.
A relational coach, Jan’s specialism is working with people in transition, managing change, increasing confidence, building resilience and managing professional relationships across the Board, within the team and with colleagues.
Prior to becoming an executive coach and coach supervisor, Jan enjoyed an extensive career in the NHS. Her coaching experience embraces her history of working in senior (Board) positions in the public sector. Jan held positions nationally working in the Department of Health, regionally (Strategic Health Authority working across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire) and in Primary (community) and Secondary Care (hospitals). Jan’s experience as an executive board member in the NHS has proven beneficial to coaching and supervising aspirant and recently established executive team members. Clients range from senior managers to those with executive board or global divisional responsibilities.
As well expertise and experience, Jan brings warmth and humour to her work.
