Kate is a highly experienced executive coach and consultant specialising in working at senior levels including the Board. This work has been built on her early corporate career where she achieved an outstanding track record of success.
Not only was Kate the youngest International General Manager at Diageo, she was also the first female. It was in this role that she developed an interest in the psychology of the working environment. Post her corporate career, Kate trained formally in psychology and is currently completing doctoral research in applied neuroscience in organisations. Kate has now been coaching senior leaders for over 21 years.
Kate focuses on the power of modern neuroscience for releasing latent brain potential at work, specialising in applied neuroscience. She was invited to join the panel of 50 coaches worldwide as a founder member of the World Wide Association of Business Coaches. Kate is an accredited member of the Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors and is the lead author of the book; “All the brains in the business: the engendered brain in the 21st Century organisation” (Palgrave Macmillan). She has also published numerous articles on coaching and book chapters on coaching supervision and team coaching.
Kate’s clients include AXA insurance, Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, Lloyds Bank, Smith & Nephew, IKEA, Ernst & Young, Deutsche Bank, Disney, Diageo, EDF Energy, John Lewis, Waitrose, Accenture, amongst many others.
Kate also coaches globally on a wide range of general and tailor-made executive programmes at the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre. Kate works with international business leaders at INSEAD in Singapore, Abu Dhabi and joint programmes with Wharton and Tsinghua University in Beijing.
