She has a particular interest in working with strengths, purpose, and resilience, and harnesses emerging insights from neuroscience, to help leaders succeed in complex, uncertain environments.
Lindsey held HR Director and senior talent and leadership development roles in a range of multi-nationals, prior to embarking upon her consultancy career. Her leadership development work encompasses both individual and team level learning, and large-scale interventions. She played a central role in the development and execution of the renowned Diageo Leadership Performance Programme for 1300+ leaders worldwide and led Experian’s first global learning intervention from concept through to its delivery in 11 languages across 50 countries. Recent client work includes developing a transformational leadership programme for the top 150 leaders of a Swiss corporation.

She is a member of the CIPD and the Association for Coaching and is qualified in a range of psychometric tools. She is currently preparing her recent research, “Flourishing in the face of fear”, for publication in a leading medical journal. This study focuses on enhancing resilience and positive coping, in the parents of children with life-threatening food allergies.
When not working, Lindsey is at her happiest out running with friends in the Cotswolds, baking (and eating!) cakes with her daughter, or enjoying a fine Tuscan wine with her husband.
