Prior to becoming an executive coach, Philip had over 10 years of experience at C suite level working on behalf of private equity for multinational high tech in USA including Silicon Valley, followed by 15 years of founding , developing and successfully exiting his own Fintech business in the UK.
Philip has been coaching at senior management level since 2015 with a range of clients from Accenture, Diocese of Westminster, CNN , Capital Risk Partners as well as Start-ups ventures including Parallel AI later acquired by FaceBook.
