Sarah is an Ashridge accredited executive coach, with 18 years business background, who excels in supporting clients to navigate critical leadership transitions and key leadership challenges successfully. Sarah is passionate about supporting her clients to discover the renewed energy and confidence that emerges when we choose to step outside of our comfort zone, challenge the status quo and allow more of our authentic selves to be seen by others.
Clients value Sarah’s honesty, empathy and integrity. Her warm and engaging style means she is adept at bringing even the most uncomfortable truth to light in a supportive and non-confrontational way. Sarah is also very commercial and understands what drives businesses – invaluable as a coach.
