Will is an executive coach and facilitator who works internationally from graduate to board level. He has been instrumental in leading cutting-edge personal effectiveness and business strategy programmes.
As well as 15 years of experience working and consulting in senior management positions in FTSE100 companies and small businesses, Will is also a professional actor. This combination of commercial and creative experience enables him to bring a real-world understanding of business and a practical understanding of behaviour, emotion and communication to his work. He is also currently undertaking an Msc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, and is a qualified NLP practitioner.
When not developing and inspiring people, Will is happiest with a motorbike, a dirt track, a pack of sandwiches, and the promise of sunshine!
