Meet Sarah Myatt, one of our excellent Executive Coaches.

A delight to meet, Sarah is deeply passionate about supporting clients to come out from the shadows, be seen and live more authentically to who they really are and as a result enjoy work and life a whole lot more!

At the core of her work Sarah helps her clients discover the assumptions and beliefs we hold, often unconsciously, about ourselves, about others and about our organisations. Sarah enjoys exploring with clients what their hidden unconscious assumptions and beliefs are and to challenge if they are actually true.  So often they are not. Sarah has a deep belief that once we uncover these ‘limiting” beliefs and assumptions and realise they are not true, we can make new choices and with it comes a greater a sense of freedom and joy in our lives.

Sarah brings 15 years senior executive level business experience to her private practice, gained principally from working at leading global data science company, dunnhumby.  At dunnhumby, Sarah successfully led board level strategic and operational change projects in both central and market-based roles and built and managed Global, UK and US commercial, data, analysis and media teams. Her time at dunnhumby also included living and working in the US for 4 years.

Her thirst for learning means she is always reading literature around psychology and authenticity and she also enjoys studying.  Sarah has a degree in Geography (2:1 BA Hons) from Oxford University and recently in 2018 completed her Masters in Executive Coaching (MSc) from Ashridge Business School (Hult International Business School) graduating with Distinction.

Sarah has been coaching professionally since 2013 and has since worked within a range of sectors including retail, pharmaceutical, government, property and data and technology.  Companies Sarah has worked with include dunnhumby, Aldi, Awin, Creative X, Rubrik, Origami Energy, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Gilead, Care Quality Commission and AB Agri.

Outside of work Sarah has two son’s and Alfie the “ginger ninja” (otherwise known as a Hungarian Viszla!) whose demand for long beach walks affords her the opportunity for many decaf coffees and hot chocolates.  She’s recently returned to her love of riding her BMX and exploring her newly found love of art.
